In this adventure, Jack Hanna sets out for southern California where a record number of sea lion pups have beached themselves along the rugged coastline Could it be El Nino at work? Jack joins a group of animal care experts from Sea World on a rescue mission along the San Diego shoreline where malnourished pups are saved from certain death. The pups are brought to Sea World for recovery, rehabilitation and ultimately released. Jack helps in return of eight sea lions back to their wild habitat in the Pacific Ocean.
