Jack takes us to the snowy mountains of New Mexico in search of the black bear. Along with a team of researchers, Jack makes the trek deep into the mountains and right into a sleeping bear's den to study the American black bears hibernation habits. Jack then returns in the spring to catch up with the bear and her cub and report on their progress for survival.
