An African Encore - While traveling through South Africa, Jack encounters African fish eagles hard at work on the Okavango River near Jebibe. Meet up with a group of travelers who share their African safari experiences, and on a remote airstrip in the Delta, a veteran bush pilot talks about landing with lions on the runway.

Hippos at Kings Pool - Travel to Africa with Jack for an encounter with the "river horses" of Botswana's Kings Pool, a watering hole once visited by royalty and now inhabited by hundreds of hippos. On this adventure, discover what hippos do at night when they come out of their protective watery domain. The beauty of this rugged place and the people who cast a musical spell over the countryside are an extra special treat!

On Safari With Jack - Enjoy an exciting adventure filled with behind-the-scenes clips of Jack's recent month long trip to East Africa. In Kenya and Uganda we follow Jack as he explores the wonders of this region on land and by air. Jack, along with Busch Gardens animal expert Margo McNight, encounters cheetahs, gazelles, ostriches, lions, topis, elephants, and more while driving across the African plains. From lions mating to a cheetah kill, to Jack's antics at a hippo pool, animal adventures abound! We view animals from a balloon, and experience a hair-raising flight with a bush pilot which gives us a unique bird's eye view of this exotic area of the world. Jack also shows us how he "roughed it" in Africa, and offers amusing behind-the-scenes anecdotes.

The Elusive Cheetah - North of Johannesburg Jack visits the world renowned DeWildt Cheetah Center founded by conservationist Anne Van Dyk. A great deal is now know about the social and breeding behaviors of the elusive cheetah thanks to Van Dyk and the Center. In fact, the Center's captive breeding program is largely responsible for taking the cheetah off the endangered species list. Jack meets Jillian, a cheetah "hand raised" by Van Dyk and learns that the animal is wild, the setting is wild, but Jillian is as docile as any house cat. Jack is also introduced to the endangered Wild Dog and the Brown Hyena. This encounter is most memorable.
